To celebrate International Women's Day 2018 and the continued need to #PressforProgress I've had a think about some of the modern day fearless females that inspire me to do better in business, life and creativity.

From the creative wit and poetic prose of Zadie Smith to the iconic images and styling produced by Grace Coddington, by celebrating the success of women's achievements we are raising the profile of striving for gender parity and promoting the idea that we are all stronger when we work together with respect and equality.

According to the findings of the World Economic Forum's 2017 Global Gender Gap Report gender parity is over 200 years away - so there has never been a more important time to keep motivated and Press for Progress.
