Hi I'm Helen, graphic designer, creative director, mum of two girls and maker of this creative studio Mum-Folk. 

I've founded Mum-Folk in order to build a space where creative entrepreneurial mums can learn the design skills they need to set up their own business and pursue their passions. In my experience, maternity leave can be a great time to review and take stock of your career and with childcare restraints often making the final call, more and more mums are freelancing and carving out their own path than ever before.

I hope you find this site a useful source of design tools and creative inspiration as well as a platform where we can share our experience, learn and support one another along the way.
